There are several detox plans. Some for weight loss and others for elimination of dependency sugars, gluten or caffeine. Others to simply get rid of excess toxins. Choosing the right programmer gives best desired results.

  • Not preparing for side effects.

Most detox methods have side effects that include but not limited to; nausea, headache, abdominal cramps and fatigue. Drinking lots of water helps.

  • Bad timing

It’s best to detox over the weekend or when off duty. This gives you enough time to manage the side effects.

  • Not drinking enough water

Water helps to stay hydrated and helps to get rid of the toxins quickly

  • Not paying attention to your body

If the side effects are too adverse, stop the program and see a physician if need be.
